Competition for doctoral students/students for the position of member of IDUB Team 2

Contest Description:
The competition is open to persons studying at the first and second degree programs of the University of Nicolaus Copernicus University, doctoral students/students at the doctoral schools of the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in accordance with the provisions of the Law of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668) and meeting the following eligibility criteria.
Number of persons: 1 student(s) and 1 doctoral student(s)
Expectations for applicants:
– interest in the education process of students and doctoral students at universities in Poland and abroad,
– experience in working in research and/or project teams, including student and doctoral student governments, study circles, educational quality committees or others,
– ability to use social media, including creating specific forms of information and communication with the student and doctoral community,
– ability to work in a team, punctuality, efficient organization of work time, communication skills,
– communicative knowledge of English.
Responsibilities of the Team member:
– participation in the work of the Team, that is, participation in regular and occasional meetings as well as in project and evaluation work resulting from the tasks of the Team,
– cooperation with the student and doctoral community in terms of: consulting projects developed by the Team and disseminating information on the results of the Team’s work,
– carrying out other activities ordered by the Team chairwoman or her designees, including, among others, taking minutes of the Team’s meetings, keeping a schedule of task implementation, monitoring the degree of task implementation, providing opinions.
Persons selected in the competition will be engaged for the work of Team 2 at a salary (per month) on the basis of a contract of mandate for a period of 14 months from 1.11.2024.

– a copy of the university diploma (in the case of a doctoral student or a student of the second degree or a uniform master’s degree),
– information on scientific and organizational achievements, including the most important scientific achievements, including scientific, teaching, organizational and other publications of the applicant,
– opinion of a UMK employee, e.g., academic supervisor, promoter (of a doctoral, master’s or bachelor’s thesis), supervisor of a scientific circle, chairman of a university or departmental committee,
