2. Competition Description:
The purpose of the competition is to enable doctoral students of the University who are not members of the Centers of Excellence and Emerging Fields to gain international research experience through short-term visits to recognized foreign scientific institutions. The competition is open to University doctoral students who are not members of a team within a Center of Excellence or Emerging Field. Under the competition, it is possible to obtain funding for a visit 30 days (hereinafter referred to as an internship) to a foreign scientific institution.

Consultations are welcome during the recruitment period. On-call meetings will be held via the Teams app on Thursdays between 12.00 and 13.00. Link to the meeting.

5. Results:
The competition attracted 7 applications to the HS council, 5 applications to the ST council and 8 applications to the NZ council (a total of 20 applications meeting the formal requirements). All applications were subjected to substantive evaluation by the competition committee.
As a result of the individual assessments, a list of successful applicants was drawn up for the competition “Excellence Initiative – Mobility for doctoral students – 4th edition”.

The formal and content-related assessment of the competition applications was carried out by a competition committee composed of the directors of doctoral schools operating at the University, headed by the director of the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School Academia Copernicana and a representative of Working Group No. 2, i.e. Prof. Grzegorz Bobiński.
