IDUB competition for scientific groups (former PZB)

2. Competition description:

The purpose of the competition is to select IDUB’s scientific groups and to support the development of their scientific activities in line with the four most important goals of the University as a research university (4xI@NCU), which are internationalization, interdisciplinarity, innovation and integrity. No more than 5 groups in each field group will be selected: i.e. humanities, social and arts sciences, life sciences, and science and technology.

The selected IDUB scientific groups are characterized by significant scientific potential confirmed by publications in recognized journals and monographs published by prestigious publishing houses.

The winner of the competition – the IDUB scientific group will receive support in the amount of PLN 200,000 for a period of 3 years of operation, i.e. from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025.

The competition is open to scientific teams operating at the University. The members of these teams demonstrate (for the last 5 years): documented scientific activity, activity in obtaining external funds, patents, commercialization of research results and activity in international cooperation. The competition is open to interdisciplinary teams. Applications can be submitted via the application form.
