We are delighted to announce a special distinction for Rev. Prof. Piotr Roszak, PhD, a member of POB DigiTECH4SELE, who has been invited to join the Fellows of the International Society for Science and Religion (ISSR) based in Cambridge.
The ISSR is one of the most prestigious international scientific societies engaged in research on the relationship between science and religion (theology). It brings together over three hundred scholars from around the world, representing various disciplines, religious traditions and worldviews. Its members include both believers and non-believers, who are united by their commitment to conducting research at the highest academic level, while respecting diversity of beliefs.
Membership in the ISSR is elite in nature. Fellows can only join by nomination by current members of the Society, and candidates are subject to a detailed assessment of their academic achievements and contribution to the development of research on the relationship between science and religion. The invitation to Rev. Prof. Piotr Roszak is a recognition of his research achievements and international academic activity to date.
