Grant competition to fund or subsidize international scientific conferences
1. Call for proposals:
The call for applications runs from May 06 to June 06, 2024.
2. Description of the competition:
The purpose of the competition is to support projects for the organization of international conferences by University employees, serving the four most important strategic objectives of the University as a research university (4xI@NCU), which are internationalization, interdisciplinarity, innovation and integrity.
The applicant in the competition can only be an academic staff member employed at the University in either a research or research and teaching position, who is the sole organizer or representative of the conference organizing committee.
Under the competition, international scientific conferences organized or co-organized and affiliated by the University, in which at least 30% of active participants are represented by foreign scientific centers, may receive funding.
In the competition, the conference organizer can obtain a grant of up to PLN 30,000.
During the competition, the organizer may obtain a grant in the competition only once.
Please note that during the call we invite you to online consultations with an expert of the competition. Consultations will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform on Mondays: May 6, 9:30-10:30 am, and May 13 and 20, 11:00-12:00 am.
