2. Contest Description:
The purpose of the Excellence4Students competition is to support student initiatives engaging in scientific work. These primarily includę preliminary, exploratory, pilot research, queries, research trips or purchase of materials, as well as trips to international conferences abroad and participation in competitions. The competition is aimed at students at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun whose research interests oscillate around the areas represented by the EVO Team: linguistics, cognitive science, communication studies (including non-verbal and multimodal communication) and interaction, evolutionary psychology and related topics.
