2. Contest Description:
The purpose of the SMART 1 and SMART 2 competitions is to enable students studying at the University to study and take part in training trips and internships abroad through additional support for trips from the Erasmus+program. As a part of the competition, you are able to gain additional research experience by implementation, during a training trip to a foreign university or scientific institution, independent research project or participation in the implementation of a research project conducted at the institution.
The purpose of the SMART 3 competitions is to enable students studying at the University to gain international research experience by implementing research projects in foreign scientific institutions. As a part of the competition, you are able to get funding for a research internship, which will last from 2 to 4 weeks in foreign scientific institutions.
The competition is intended for:
– I and II level students of the Nicolaus Copernicus University who are qualified for teaching trips, internships and placements from the Erasmus+ program,
– I and II level students of the Nicolaus Copernicus University who are willing to take part in a 2-4 week research visit at a foreign scientific institution.
