Objective 3 – Professional development of employees and  quality of the university management

Detailed goals in terms of raising the quality of research and the quality of education at the Nicolaus Copernicus University:


    1. Natalia Proń-Nowak, MA (Independent Supervisor for Human Resource Management – academic teachers) – chairwoman, Leader of the Team No. 3, analysis of legal solutions, analysis of management solutions, IDUB at CM Medicum (communicating solutions, information), coordinating the implementation of competitions implemented under Objective 3, including cooperation with the Science Department, recognizing training needs of all employee groups, substantive preparation of training for all employee groups, pre-tests with potential training providers, cooperation with DZP in the field of procedures selecting training providers, coordination of communication activities with DPiI, constant cooperation with the IDUB secretariat, reporting
      Office hours: during the recruitment for the  “Debuts” oraz “Expert” competitions, for “Debuts”: Thursday, 10.00-11.00 via Teams (office hours starts Feb. 17th).
    2. Professor Michał Marszałł (Pharmaceutical Faculty, Collegium Medicum) – analysis of the proposed activities in the perspective of the functioning of the academic staff, people studying and preparing doctorates, scientific disciplines, priority research teams, representing scientific staff, representing the Bydgoszcz part of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń
    3. Associate Professor Piotr Rączka (Faculty of Law and Administration) – analysis of legal solutions, representation of academic staff, analysis of proposed activities in the perspective of the functioning of university administration at the faculty / dean’s office level
    4. Marzena Ruczyńska, PhD (Deputy Chancellor of the Collegium Medicum) – analysis of legal solutions,analysis of management solutions, Analysis of proposed solutions taking into account the strategic objectives and the Personnel Policy of the Medical University of Toruń, IDUB at CM Medicum (communication of solutions, information),Coordinating processes related to the implementation of the training plan for non-academic employees, reporting on the implemented training.
