Team 4
Objective 4 – innovation and cooperation with the socio-economic environment
Detailed goals in terms of raising the quality of research activity and the quality of education at the Nicolaus Copernicus University:
-
- increasing innovation and cooperation with the socio-economic environment;
- initiating and supporting contacts between the university and business entities;
- taking full advantage of the university’s potential to stimulate innovation and implementation in accordance with international standards;
- introduction of TRIZ training;
- promotion of business incubator among students and doctoral students through Startup Weekends and Hackatony
- expanding the role of the Academic Business Incubator in promoting the importance of innovation at the university as well as the introduction and coordination of the university’s cooperation policy with the business environment.

– Management of the portion of the budget dedicated to patents, academic entrepreneurship and support in undertaking implementation work,
– Planning activities and managing their execution,
– Controlling the quality of the work carried out and the level of knowledge and competence of process participants,
– Conducting projects related to the construction and implementation of communication tools.

– Coordinating the work of the broker team,
